ABOUT OUR OWNER
Our owner, Michael Shenkman, has over 30 years of experience in the personal training business and has owned Trident Fitness for over 25 years. He specializes in sports specific results orientated fitness programs using functional movements that create power, strength and mobility.
He has created unique golf fitness programs that will add power, distance and stability to your golf swing and simultaneously decrease the chance of getting injured playing golf or any other sport.
