We specialize in training people over 40 who are looking to improve their wellbeing. Our highly skilled and certified personal trainers approach fitness with a mentality that everyone is unique with unique needs and desires. Using diverse methods we will design an appropriately challenging program that includes strength, cardiovascular fitness, dynamic mobility and balance. If you are either interested in improving your day to day activities, your appearance, or your golf game, we are the right fit for you.

Our professionals specialize in diverse training methods, including weight training, TRX, cardiovascular and fascial stretch therapy. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, we will correct and improve your movements and help you make look, feel and move better.

Trident Fitness is a fully equipped facility in West LA designed for those who are serious about their training.

Millie Junio Trident Fitness Manager

FITNESS MANAGER

Our Fitness Manager is Millie Junio. Millie has over 29 years of experience as a personal trainer. She has a BS in Exercise Science from Cal State Los Angeles. She has extensive experience as a physical therapy technician, which has enabled her to work with professional and amateur athletes and others to both prevent and recover from injuries. She has coached both high school and college basketball. Millie focuses on functional training.
