Our philosophy is to make personal training unique to each client. Our approach to training is not just exercising muscles as individual units but training the body as whole. We believe in training movements which agree appropriately challenging using diverse methods and techniques including strength, cardiovascular and dynamic mobility and balance.
We specialize in sports specific training and golf fitness training. We feel everyone should train like an athlete with sessions specifically tailored to you.

Our professionals specialize in diverse training methods, including weight training, TRX, cardiovascular and fascial stretch therapy. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, we will correct and improve your movements and help you make look, feel and move better.

FITNESS MANAGER
Our Fitness Manager is Millie Junio. Millie has over 27 years of experience as a personal trainer. She has a BS in Exercise Science from Cal State Los Angeles. She has extensive experience as a physical therapy technician, which has enabled her to work with professional and amateur athletes and others to both prevent and recover from injuries. She has coached both high school and college basketball. Millie focuses on functional training.
